Bret Warshawsky is a polymath founder, speaker, and futurist working at the intersection of consciousness, storylivingry, evolutionary and spiritual philanthropy, mental health reform, and Filmanthropy. His body of work spans more than a decade of practical co-creation and systems-design across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including direct collaboration with the late futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard, co-founding Symphonics with creative partner Andrea Harding, co-creating Synergy Hub 1.0 in Rotterdam with the Meesteren Foundation and United Earth, contributing a chapter to Lisa Nichols's Amazon best-seller Unbreakable Spirit, and more than three hundred published essays at The Syntony Times Substack.

Today he is the founder of Social Effects Inc., the New Jersey startup pioneering Filmanthropy, the practice of making philanthropy a featured, designed-in outcome of the filmmaking process itself. He is the co-visionary behind the Mental Health Reformation with business partner Janet Werner, leading development of the AWARE App for first responders and serving as an AWARE New Jersey Representative. He is currently writing an article for SOCKO! Magazine on the live emergence of Filmanthropy in New Jersey, anchored by Middletown's coordination of the Netflix series Rabbit Rabbit, which wraps June 26, 2026.

Janet Werner is President of U Have My Word LLC, a consulting firm serving corporate America as an executive coach and systems transformation consultant since 1988, on a mission to ease the journey through change, transition, and transformation in Rethinking How We Think. Janet is also President of Calling God to the Witness Stand LLC since 2019, leading film projects into production on the spiritual side of mental health, and is featured in these films with her lived experience of being misdiagnosed, involuntarily hospitalized, and forced on medication when having a spiritual experience in 1979 and 2005. Janet is the co-founder of A.W.A.R.E. New Jersey, an initiative started in 2023 that has expanded to A.W.A.R.E. USA and A.W.A.R.E. Global. She leads this coalition of behavioral healthcare professionals, first responders, faith leaders, and mental health consumers on a mission to transform the mental health system by including chaplains, clergy, and peer support, with a shared mission to prevent misdiagnosis and wrongful hospitalization of spiritual experiences through training, proper screening, and care. Janet holds a B.S. and M.Ed. from The College of New Jersey.

Andrew Alan is a network weaver, storytelling strategist, writer, director, producer, and editor working across moving images, sound, words, and ideas. Born and raised in Berkeley, California and based in Europe, Andrew brings a transatlantic creative perspective shaped by a decade of concepting and visioneering across documentary, narrative, and strategic communications work. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Screenwriting, and Directing from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. For Social Effects, Andrew brings the rare combination of someone who understands how stories get made and how they land in communities, the connective tissue between a production's creative intent and the real-world relationships that make Filmanthropy possible to execute.
